Justin Boitnott is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in U.S History, and later, the University of Tennessee Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor. He first began practicing disability law in 2015, and since that time, has represented thousands of clients before Social Security Administrative Law Judges. Justin prides himself on a win rate far above the average national approval rate, and believes that proper communication with his clients is crucial to this success. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the nation’s leading non-profit organization for claimants’ social security disability rights. When not working, Justin can be found spending time with his wife and son, hiking and camping around the mountains of Chattanooga with them, volunteering with his church, cheering on his Tennessee Volunteers, and reading all manner of history books.

Jennifer LeMaster is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She began working with Social Security claimants in 2016, guiding clients through the often-complex disability process. During that time, she furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Johnson University in 2019. Jennifer later served as the Director of Operations at a major disability law firm, where she focused on improving efficiency and ensuring high quality service. She is passionate about not only helping clients navigate the SSA disability process but also providing them with ongoing support throughout their journey. Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time on her friend’s farm, helping care for her many animals.

James McCaslin is a graduate from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling and Human Services. He began working in the field of Social Security Disability in 2016, where he developed a deep understanding of the challenges and intricacies involved in securing benefits for those in need. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Assistant Director of Operations, alongside Jennifer LeMaster, where he helped thousands of clients obtain their disability benefits. In addition to his work in Social Security disability, James has a background in healthcare, having served as a clinical supervisor. In this role, he worked primarily with intellectually and developmentally disabled clients, as well as Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients, providing them with compassionate care and support. Outside of his professional life, James enjoys exploring nature, fishing, and camping with his wife and daughter.
